AI Services: Assess, Advise, Transform

Three steps, ten services. Pick one below to see what it is, what you get and how it works.

Ten Services in Three Steps

Start at any step. Most organisations start with an assessment.

AI Readiness Assessment

Assess Typical duration: 3–6 weeks

A structured review of how ready your organisation is to use AI at scale: strategy, data, technology, people, governance and risk. It ends with a scored list of use cases and a roadmap, so your first spend goes where it pays off.

Who it is for

Leadership teams, CIOs, CDOs and COOs who want to start with AI, or restart, and need to know where to begin.

What you get

  • Maturity scorecard across strategy, data, technology, skills, governance and culture
  • Scored list of use cases: value, complexity and data readiness for each
  • A view of risk and compliance exposure
  • Quick wins separated from strategic bets, in sequence
  • A board-ready read-out with the decisions required

AI Training & Capability Building

Advise Typical duration: 1 day – 6 months

Hands-on training that moves your organisation from using AI tools to building with them. It is taught on your own work, not generic examples, and it aims at lasting capability rather than a certificate.

Who it is for

Leadership teams, functions and technical teams that want to use AI well and stop depending on outsiders.

What you get

  • A skills baseline by role
  • Role-based tracks for executives, managers, practitioners and builders
  • Exercises on your own use cases, in the tools you will actually use

Assess: AI Readiness Assessment and Use-Case Discovery

Assessing comes first. Before you spend on AI, you need to know whether your strategy, data, systems, skills and rules can support it, and which use cases are worth the effort.

Where should an organisation in the UAE start with AI?

Start with an AI readiness assessment. It shows where you stand on strategy, data, technology, skills and risk, and ranks your use cases, so the first spend goes where it pays off.

How long does an AI readiness assessment take?

A quick scan for one business unit takes about three weeks. A full enterprise assessment typically takes four to six weeks, and a group with several units eight to twelve weeks.

Do we need clean data before an assessment?

No. Finding out how good your data is, and what it would take to fix, is part of the assessment.

Advise: AI Strategy, Governance, Training and Vendor Selection

Advising turns findings into decisions: a plan the board can challenge, rules staff can follow, skills your teams build, and a fair comparison before you commit budget.

What does an AI consultant do?

An AI consultant helps decide where AI is worth using, sets the plan and the rules, and chooses between building and buying. At Innov@Scale the advice ends with decisions and a named owner for each.

Do AI projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia have to follow data protection law?

Yes, where personal data is involved. Both countries have personal data protection laws that affect how data may be used, stored and moved. We build usage rules and controls around them, and your own counsel reviews the legal reading.

Should we build our own AI solution or buy a platform?

It depends on the need, the data and the cost over several years. A build-vs-buy review compares both options, and doing nothing, and gives a clear recommendation.

Do you offer AI training for companies in the UAE?

Yes. We run role-based training for executives, managers, practitioners and builders, using your own use cases and the tools your organisation is allowed to use, in English or Arabic.

Transform: AI Implementation, Programme Delivery and Adoption

Transforming is the part where AI goes live and stays in use. Many pilots work and never reach production, because nobody owned the next step.

Why do AI pilots fail to reach production?

Usually because the pilot ran on clean data with one team and nobody owned the next step. Real systems, volumes and security checks then stop it. We plan the pilot with the production service in mind.

Do you build AI solutions or configure existing platforms?

Where a proven platform fits, we configure it for your data and workflows. We build only when no existing platform does the job. See our partner platforms.

How do we know an AI rollout worked?

We measure the same figures before and after, the same way, and report both. We also track real use of the tool, not attendance at sessions.

Need a platform for this? See Partners. Need people to deliver it? See AI Specialists.
