AI readiness assessment
A structured review of whether an organisation can use AI well: its strategy, data, systems, skills and governance. It ends with a clear view of the gaps and a ranked list of first steps. Learn more →
Use-case discovery
A short, workshop-based method for finding the AI use cases worth pursuing. Teams list candidate ideas, score them on value, feasibility and risk, and pick one or two to pilot first. Learn more →
Proof of value (PoV)
A time-boxed test that shows an AI solution delivers a measurable business result on real data, before any large investment. Unlike a demo, its success criteria are agreed in advance.
Pilot-to-production
The step of taking an AI pilot that works in a test setting and running it in daily operations, with owners, monitoring, support and integration into existing systems. Learn more →
Build vs buy
The decision between developing an AI solution in-house and adopting an existing platform. Buying is often faster to start; building gives more control. The right choice depends on how specific the need is. Learn more →
Change management (AI adoption)
The work of helping people use a new AI tool in their daily jobs: communication, training, role changes and support, so that the tool is actually used after launch. Learn more →
OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
A goal-setting method that pairs an ambitious objective with a few measurable key results. Organisations use it to link strategy to the initiatives that deliver it. Learn more →
AI concepts
Generative AI
AI that produces new content, such as text, images, code or summaries, from a prompt. It is built on large models trained on very large amounts of data.
AI agent
A software system that uses an AI model to carry out a task on its own, deciding the steps and using tools such as a CRM or a database, within limits set by people.
Agentic AI
An approach where AI agents handle multi-step work with some autonomy: planning, acting and checking results, rather than only answering one question at a time.
AI copilot
An AI assistant that works alongside a person inside a tool, suggesting, drafting or summarising while the person stays in control of the work and the final decision. Learn more →
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
A technique where an AI model first retrieves relevant passages from a trusted source, such as company documents, and then writes its answer from them. It keeps answers tied to your own data.
AI hallucination
When an AI model states something that sounds convincing but is false or unsupported. Checking sources, grounding answers in your data and human review reduce the risk.
Human in the loop
A design where a person reviews or approves what the AI produces before it is used or acted on, especially for decisions that carry risk.
Data and compliance
AI governance
The rules, roles and controls that decide how AI may be used in an organisation: acceptable use, data handling, risk review, accountability and compliance with the law. Learn more →
UAE PDPL
The UAE federal personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). It sets rules for collecting, using, storing and transferring personal data, and applies to AI projects that handle such data. Learn more →
Data residency
The requirement or choice to keep data stored and processed in a specific country or region. It matters for AI projects that handle regulated or sensitive data.
Data platform readiness
How prepared an organisation’s data is for AI: whether it is accessible, clean, documented, secured and connected, so AI solutions can use it reliably. Learn more →
Platforms we implement
Generative BI
Business intelligence where people ask questions in plain language and a generative AI model returns validated answers from the company’s data, instead of waiting for a built report. Learn more →
Agentic CRM
A customer relationship management system where AI agents do the routine work around it, such as updating records, chasing stalled deals and routing new leads. Learn more →
