Do we need to know what we want before we call?

No. Many teams start without a clear use case. An AI readiness assessment or a Use-Case Discovery Workshop is built for that.

How is a first project usually scoped?

As a fixed-scope engagement with a defined outcome. A focused pilot typically runs six to ten weeks.
