Frequently asked questions

What does an AI programme PMO do?

It provides the governance, reporting and delivery rigour that keeps an AI programme on track — milestone tracking, risk management, dependency mapping, stakeholder communication and budget control — without slowing down the technical work.

Do you replace the client's existing PMO?

No. We augment it. Where a PMO already exists, we embed an AI-specialist delivery layer alongside it. Where there is no PMO, we provide the function directly until an internal owner is ready to take it over.

How do you manage AI programme risk?

Through structured risk registers updated weekly, a technical debt log, a defined escalation path and a go/no-go gate at the end of each phase. AI programmes have specific risks — model performance drift, data quality degradation, regulatory change — that generic project risk frameworks do not cover.

How do you report programme progress to the board?

With a one-page scorecard tracking three things: delivery status against milestones, value realised against the business case, and risk status. We translate model metrics into business outcomes and avoid technical jargon in board reporting.
